It was recorded by Abū Dāwūd (4344), al-Tirmidhī (2/26), and Ibn Mājah (4011). Al-Tirmidhī said: "It is ḥasan gharīb from this perspective." I say: ʿAṭiyyah is weak, but his ḥadīth here is strengthened by the following path, which is: the second is from ʿAlī ibn Zayd ibn Judʿān from Abū Naḍrah from him, elevated. It was recorded by al-Ḥākim (4/505-506), al-Ḥumaydī in "Musnad" (752), and Aḥmad (3/19, 61) with both narrations, and al-Ḥākim said: "Ibn Judʿān was unique in narrating it, and the two Shaykhs did not rely on him." Al-Dhahabī said in "Talkhīṣ": "I say: he is ṣāliḥ al-ḥadīth." And he said in "al-Ḍuʿafāʾ": "ḥasan al-ḥadīth, a narrator of rarities, some relied on him." Abū Zurʿah said: He is not strong. Aḥmad said: He is nothing. And I say: his ḥadīth is ḥasan when corroborated, as here. And Allāh knows best. 2 - The ḥadīth of Abū Umāmah is narrated by his companion Abū Ghālib from him, who said: "A man approached the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) at the first jamrah and said: O Messenger of Allāh, which jihad is best? He did not answer him. When he threw the second jamrah, he asked him, but he did not answer him. When he threw the jamrah of al-ʿAqabah and placed his foot in the stirrup to mount, he said: Where is the questioner? He said: It is I, O Messenger of Allāh. He said: A word of truth in the presence of a tyrannical ruler." It was recorded by Ibn Mājah (4012), Aḥmad (5/251, 256), al-Mukhliṣ in "Baʿḍ al-Khāmis min al-Fawāʾid" (f. 260/1), and al-Ruyānī in "Musnad" (30/215/2)
أخرجه أبو داود (٤٣٤٤) والترمذي (٢ / ٢٦) وابن ماجه (٤٠١١) وقال الترمذي: " حسن غريب من هذا الوجه ". قلت: عطية ضعيف، لكن يقوي حديثه هنا الطريق الآتية، وهي: الثانية: عن علي بن زيد بن جدعان عن أبي نضرة عنه مرفوعا. أخرجه الحاكم (٤ / ٥٠٥ - ٥٠٦) والحميدي في " مسنده " (٧٥٢) وأحمد (٣ / ١٩، ٦١) بالروايتين وللحاكم الأخرى وقال: " تفرد به ابن جدعان، ولم يحتج به الشيخان ". قال الذهبي في " تلخيصه ": " قلت: هو صالح الحديث ". وقال في " الضعفاء " " حسن الحديث، صاحب غرائب، احتج به بعضهم ". وقال أبو زرعة: ليس بقوي. وقال أحمد: ليس بشيء. وأقول: هو حسن الحديث عند المتابعة كما هنا. والله أعلم. ٢ - حديث أبي أمامة يرويه صاحبه أبو غالب عنه قال: " عرض لرسول الله ﷺ رجل عند الجمرة الأولى فقال: يا رسول الله أي الجهاد أفضل؟ فسكت عنه، فلما رمى الجمرة الثانية سأله، فسكت عنه، فلما رمى جمرة العقبة وضع رجله في الغرز ليركب، قال: أين السائل؟ قال: أنا يا رسول الله، قال: كلمة حق عند ذي سلطان جائر ". أخرجه ابن ماجه (٤٠١٢) وأحمد (٥ / ٢٥١، ٢٥٦) والمخلص في " بعض الخامس من الفوائد " (ق ٢٦٠ / ١) والروياني في " مسنده " (٣٠ / ٢١٥ / ٢)
