"Among the Children of Israel, there was a short woman who made two wooden legs for herself. She would walk between two short women and made a gold ring, under the stone of which she placed the finest perfume: musk. Then he mentioned three women from the Children of Israel: two tall women who were known, and a short woman who was not known, so she made two wooden legs for herself..." the ḥadīth is similar, and it includes the other narration. I say: This isnād is authentic according to the conditions of Muslim. It has been recorded in "Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim" (7/48) from the route of Shuʿbah from Khulayd ibn Jaʿfar and al-Mustamir, who said: We heard Abū Naḍrah narrate it in a summarized form. And from his route from Khulayd alone, similar to the narration of ʿAbd al-Ṣamad without the addition at the beginning.
