he fabricates ḥadīth. Tamām also narrated it in "al-Fawāʾid" (99/1) through the route of Abū Rabīʿah. ʿUmar ibn al-Faḍl narrated to us from Raqabah from ʿAlī ibn al-Aqmar with it. The narrators of this chain are trustworthy, but Abū Rabīʿah is Fahd ibn ʿAwf himself, and you know his weakness. The third: from Abū Rajāʾ from someone who heard Abū Juḥayfah with it. He added at the end: "Abū Juḥayfah said: I have not been full for thirty years." It was narrated by Ibn Abī al-Dunyā (1/2). And in it is the man who was not named. But al-Mundhirī, correcting the weak route of al-Ḥākim, said: "It was narrated by al-Bazzār with two isnāds, the narrators of one of which are trustworthy." Al-Haythamī said (5/31): "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī in 'al-Awsaṭ' and 'al-Kabīr' with isnāds, and in one of the isnāds of 'al-Kabīr' is Muḥammad ibn Khālid al-Kūfī, whom I do not know, and the rest of the narrators are trustworthy." 3 - The ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAmr who said: "A man belched in the presence of the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) and he said: 'Reduce your belching, for...' the ḥadīth." Al-Haythamī said: "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī from his shaykh Masʿūd ibn Muḥammad, and he is weak."
