he would become angry until the anger was visible on his face, then he would say: ... and he mentioned it. The context is from al-Bukhārī. The wording of Aḥmad in the second place is: "By Allāh! I am the most knowledgeable of you about Allāh, and the most pious among you in heart." *

- (The person with the lowest rank in Paradise: a man whom Allāh turns his face away from the Fire towards Paradise, and a tree with shade is presented to him. He says: 'O Lord! Bring me closer to this tree so that I may be in its shade!' Allāh says: 'Perhaps if I do, you will ask Me for something else?' He says: 'No, by Your might!' So Allāh brings him to it, and a tree with shade and fruit is presented to him. He says: 'O Lord! Bring me closer to this tree so that I may be in its shade and eat from its fruit!' Allāh says to him: 'Perhaps if I give you that, you will ask Me for something else?' He says: 'No, by Your might!' So Allāh brings him to it, and another tree with shade, fruit, and water is presented to him. He says: 'O Lord! Bring me closer to this tree so that I may be in its shade, eat from its fruit, and drink from its water!' Allāh says to him: 'Perhaps if I do, you will ask Me for something else?' He says: 'No, by Your might! I will not ask You for anything else.' So Allāh brings him to it, and the gate of Paradise is revealed to him. He says: 'O Lord! Bring me to the gate of Paradise so that I may be under it.'
