"People will be resurrected barefoot, naked, and uncircumcised. Sweat will engulf them and reach up to their earlobes." Sawdah said, "I asked, 'O Messenger of Allāh! What a disgrace! Will we be looking at each other?' He replied, 'People will be too preoccupied for that.' And he recited, 'On the Day a man will flee from his brother * And his mother and his father * And his wife and his children * For every man, that Day, will be a matter adequate for him.'" It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" (24/34/91), al-Ḥākim (2/514-515), and al-Baghawī in his "Tafsīr" (8/340) through the route of Ismāʿīl ibn Abī Uways: My father narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Abī ʿAyāsh from ʿAṭāʾ ibn Yasār from Sawdah, the wife of the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said... and he mentioned it. The context is from al-Ḥākim, who said, "Authentic according to the conditions of Muslim," and al-Dhahabī agreed with him! I say: Muḥammad ibn Abī ʿAyāsh is not among the narrators of Muslim, nor any of the other six [canonical collections]. Al-Bukhārī mentioned him in "al-Tārīkh" (1/1/236-237/41), and Ibn Abī Ḥātim (4/1/84/352), and they said, "Muḥammad ibn Abī Mūsá—also known as Ibn Abī ʿAyāsh—narrated from him ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd ibn Sulaymān and Abū Uways." Similarly in "Thiqat Ibn Ḥibbān" (7/426); however, it omitted "also known as," so Abū ʿAyāsh became his grandfather! It seems to be an old omission because it also appears in "Tartīb al-Thiqāt," but the correct version is in the books of al-Bukhārī and Ibn Abī Ḥātim. The one who said, "Muḥammad ibn Abī Mūsá" is "ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd ibn Sulaymān" mentioned by them, so he corroborates Abū Uways
