"trustworthy!" is not as it should be in my view, and similarly, the statement of the ḥāfiẓ: "acceptable," whereas it would be more appropriate for them to say: "truthful," as they said about those who are less famous and have fewer narrations. Some weak narrators have contradicted him in his text. Mūsá ibn ʿUbaydah said: Yūsuf ibn Ṭuhmān informed me from Abū Umāmah ibn Sahl with it, and his wording is: "Whoever performs ablution and perfects it, then enters the Qubāʾ Mosque and prays four rakʿahs therein; it is equivalent to freeing a slave." It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī (5560) and al-ʿUqaylī (4/450) in a shortened form with the wording: "Whoever performs ablution in his home, then comes to the Qubāʾ Mosque and prays four rakʿahs therein; it is equivalent to an ʿumrah." He mentioned it in the biography of (Yūsuf ibn Ṭuhmān) through al-Bukhārī's route; and said: "It is not corroborated by others." Then he presented it through al-Bukhārī's route. Al-Dhahabī said in his biography in "al-Mīzān" and "al-Mughnī": "weak." Al-Mundhirī preceded him in that, as will come. Then al-ʿUqaylī said: "It has been narrated from another perspective with a chain more sound than this, contrary to this wording." I said: He is referring to the ḥadīth of the biography. And Allāh knows best. And Mūsá ibn ʿUbaydah: he is al-Rabadhī; weak
