from "al-Ṣaḥīḥah," and it is a narration from Muḥammad ibn Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh from his father; as you see it cited there. (Note): I preferred to present the ḥadīth of the chapter—despite its relevance—from the narration of al-Bazzār rather than that of al-Ṭayālisī—even though it is the original—because it lacks the explicit mention of raising the ḥadīth to the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), and likewise, it appears in its arrangement in "Minḥat al-Maʿbūd" (2/138/2511).
من "الصحيحة"، وهو رواية عن محمد بن جابر بن عبد الله عن أبيه؛ كما تراه مخرجاً هناك. (تنبيه) : إنما آثرت أن أسوق حديث الترجمة- مع مناسبته- من رواية البزار دون رواية الطيالسي- مع أنها الأصل-؛ لأنه سقط منها التصريح برفع الحديث إلى النبي ﷺ، وكذلك وقع في ترتيبه "منحة المعبود" (٢/١٣٨/٢٥١١) .
(It did not harm a woman who settled between two houses of the Anṣār, or settled between her parents). It was recorded by Ibn Ḥibbān (2296), al-Ḥākim (4/83), and Aḥmad (6/257), and from him by Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (9/224), and al-Bazzār in his Musnad (3/304-305/2806) through the route of Rūḥ ibn ʿUbādah: narrated to us by Hishām ibn Ḥassān from Hishām ibn ʿUrwah from his father from ʿĀʾishah who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said... and he mentioned it. Al-Bazzār said: "We do not know anyone who narrated it like this except Hishām ibn Ḥassān, and none from him except Rūḥ." I said: He is trustworthy, relied upon by the two Shaykhs and others, and likewise those above him, so it is authentic according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs; as al-Ḥākim said. And al-Dhahabī left it blank! Al-Haythamī said (10/40): "It was narrated by Aḥmad and al-Bazzār, and their narrators are the narrators of (al-Ṣaḥīḥ)!" I said: Al-Bazzār narrated it from his teacher Yaḥyá ibn Ḥabīb: narrated to us by Rūḥ ibn ʿUbādah... and Yaḥyá is not among the narrators of "al-Ṣaḥīḥ," so the correct statement is: "And the narrators of Aḥmad are the narrators of (al-Ṣaḥīḥ)."
(ما ضرّ امرأةً نزلتْ بين بَيتينِ من الأَنصار، أو نزلتْ بين أبويْها) . أخرجه ابن حبان (٢٢٩٦) ، والحاكم (٤/٨٣) ، وأحمد (٦/٢٥٧) ، وعنه أبو نعيم في "الحلية" (٩/٢٢٤) ، والبزار في مسنده (٣/٣٠٤- ٣٠٥/٢٨٠٦) من طريق روح بن عبادة: حدثنا هشام بن حسان عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن عائشة قالت: قال رسول الله ﷺ ... فذكره. وقال البزار:"لا نعلم أحداً رواه هكذا إلا هشام بن حسان، ولا عنه إلا روح ". قلت: هو ثقة احتج به الشيخان وغيرهما، وكذلك من فوقه، فهو صحيح على شرط الشيخين؛ كما قال الحاكم. وبيض له الذهبي! وقال الهيثمي (١٠/ ٤٠) :"رواه أحمد والبزار، ورجالهما رجال (الصحيح) "! قلت: البزار رواه عن شيخه يحيى بن حبيب: ثنا روح بن عبادة ... ويحيى ليس من رجال "الصحيح "، فالصواب أن يقال: "ورجال أحمد رجال (الصحيح) ".
