among them is his student, the ḥāfiẓ al-Haythamī; for he did not include it in his book "Mawārid al-Ẓamʾān," although it meets his criteria. Therefore, I noted it in my book "Ṣaḥīḥ al-Mawārid"; may Allāh facilitate its complete publication by His grace, generosity, and kindness. (Note): al-Daylamī included in his book "al-Firdaws" (5/549/9054) the ḥadīth of the chapter with the first wording. The commentator on it said: "The isnād of this ḥadīth is in 'Zahr al-Firdaws' (4/432) where it is said: Our father and others informed us—(I [al-Albānī] say: he provided the long isnād in three lines, which is unnecessary to mention, up to:) Abū Ḥanīfah narrated to us from Nāṣiḥ from Yaḥyá ibn Abī Kathīr from Abū Salamah from Abū Hurayrah as a marfūʿ ḥadīth." I say: In my photocopied version of "Zahr al-Firdaws," at the end of the volume (p. 356), this isnād to Abū Hurayrah is with the wording: "And the false oath consumes wealth and leaves homes desolate." And this Nāṣiḥ is Ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Muḥallamī, of whom al-Bukhārī said: "His ḥadīth is rejected." However, he did not narrate it alone, so refer to the preceding ḥadīth in the second volume, number (978).

- (Whoever unlawfully takes the wealth of a Muslim by a false oath; it will be a black spot in his heart that nothing can change until the Day of Resurrection).
