then it was also narrated (8/281/7923) through the route of Ṣadaqah ibn ʿAbd Allāh from al-Walīd ibn Jamīl who said: I heard al-Qāsim ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān with it. I said: And this Ṣadaqah is weak, and his teacher al-Walīd is better than him. And the ḥadīth of (al-Muṭraḥ) I have referenced in "al-Ḍaʿīfah" (5346) due to its objectionable content. 3- From Ibn ʿUmar, raised [to the Prophet], similar to it. It was also extracted by Aḥmad and others with an isnād that includes ʿUbayd Allāh ibn Marwān, who is unknown as I explained in "al-Ḍaʿīfah" (6486), and some of our scholarly brothers authenticated its isnād; but they erred, as I mentioned there. 4- From Muʿādh ibn Jabal, raised [to the Prophet] with the wording: "I was shown that I was placed in one scale; and my nation in another scale; and I equaled it, then Abū Bakr was placed...". It was extracted by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" (20/86-87), and Ibn ʿAsākir in "al-Tārīkh" (11/204) through the route of ʿAmr ibn Wāqid: narrated by Yūnus ibn Maysarah from Abū Idrīs from him. I said: And this ʿAmr is abandoned; as in "al-Taqrīb". And al-Haythamī said (9/59): "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī, and in it is ʿAmr ibn Wāqid, who is abandoned; the majority weakened him, and Muḥammad ibn al-Mubārak al-Ṣūrī said: he was truthful, and the rest of its men are trustworthy." In summary; the ḥadīth of the chapter with these witnesses does not descend, if Allāh wills, from the rank of ḥasan; for most of them are free from severe weakness. And Allāh knows best
ثم رواه (٨/٢٨١/٧٩٢٣) من طريق صدقة بن عبد الله عن الوليد بن جميل قال: سمعت القاسم بن عبد الرحمن به. قلت: وصدقة هذا ضعيف، وشيخه الوليد خير منه. وحديث (المطرح) قد خرجته في "الضعيفة " (٥٣٤٦) ؛ لنكارة فيه. ٣- عن ابن عمر مرفوعاً نحوه. أخرجه أحمد أيضاً وغيره بإسناد فيه عبيد الله بن مروان، وهو مجهولى كما بينته في "الضعيفة" (٦٤٨٦) ، وقد صحح إسناده بعض إخواننا المحققين؛ فوهم؛ كما ذكرت هناك. ٤- عن معاذ بن جبل مرفوعاً بلفظ:"أُريتُ أني وضعت في كفة؛ وأمتي في كفة؛ فعدلتها، ثم وضع أبو بكر ... ". أخرجه الطبراني في "المعجم الكبير" (٢٠/٨٦- ٨٧) ، وابن عساكر في "التاريخ " (١١/٢٠٤) من طريق عمرو بن واقد: نا يونس بن ميسرة عن أبي إدريس عنه. قلت: وعمرو هذا متروك؛ كما في "التقريب ". وقالى الهيثمي (٩/٥٩) :"رواه الطبراني، وفيه عمرو بن واقد، وهو متروك؛ ضعفه الجمهور، وقال محمد بن المبارك الصوري: كان صدوقاً، وبقية رجاله ثقات ". والخلاصة؛ أن حديث الترجمة بهذه الشواهد لا ينزل إن شاء الله عن مرتبة الحسن؛ فإن أكثرها خالية عن الضعف الشديد. والله ﷾ أعلم.
