in it, and al-Dhahabī mentioned it in "al-Mughnī" and said: "Truthful; Abū Aḥmad al-Ḥākim said: He makes mistakes in the isnād and the matn." perhaps the origin of the ḥadīth is mawqūf on Ibn Masʿūd, and al-Bazzār or someone else erred in elevating it; for al-Ṭabarānī narrated it in "al-Kabīr" (3/17/2) through the path of ʿIṣmah ibn Sulaymān al-Khazzāz al-Kūfī: narrated to us Muḥammad ibn Ṭalḥah ibn Muṣarraf from his father from Zayd ibn Wahb who said: ʿAbdullāh ibn Masʿūd said, and he mentioned it similarly. Its narrators are all trustworthy and well-known, except for ʿIṣmah ibn Sulaymān; Ibn Abī Ḥātim said (3/2/21): "My father narrated from him, and I asked him about him? He said: There was nothing wrong with him, Aḥmad ibn Ḥanbal was in his shop." al-Haythamī said: "al-Ṭabarānī narrated it, and its narrators are the narrators of the authentic collections, except for ʿIṣmah ibn Sulaymān, and he is trustworthy." al-Mundhirī said: "al-Ṭabarānī narrated it mawqūf with a good isnād." I said: It is as he said, except for a break in it; it is mentioned in "al-Taqrīb": "Muḥammad ibn Ṭalḥah ibn Muṣarraf al-Kūfī is truthful but has errors, and they denied his hearing from his father due to his young age." Then it became more likely to me that the narrator is Shuʿbah, and that the ḥadīth is elevated; because I found that in some other sources. I also found a corroborator for al-Bazzār, as it was narrated by al-Ḥākim (1/21-22) through the path of ʿAlī ibn
