and the last part of the ḥadīth was recorded by al-Bukhārī in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" (4/104) through the chain of Masdūd from ʿAbd Allāh, elevated [to the Prophet] with the wording: "Indeed, the people who will receive the severest punishment from Allāh on the Day of Resurrection are the image-makers."

"Four things are from happiness: a righteous woman, a spacious dwelling, a good neighbor, and a comfortable mount. And four things are from misery: a bad neighbor, a bad woman, and a cramped dwelling." It was recorded by Ibn Ḥibbān in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" (1232) and al-Khaṭīb in "al-Tārīkh" (12/99) through the chain of al-Faḍl ibn Mūsá from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Saʿīd ibn Abī Hind from Ismāʿīl ibn Muḥammad ibn Saʿd ibn Abī Waqqāṣ from his father from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said it. I said: And this isnād is authentic according to the criteria of al-Bukhārī and Muslim. It was also recorded by Aḥmad (1/168) through the chain of Muḥammad ibn Abī Ḥumayd from Ismāʿīl ibn Muḥammad ibn Saʿd with a similar wording, without mentioning "a good neighbor" and "a bad neighbor." And Muḥammad ibn Abī Ḥumayd, al-Dhahabī mentioned him in "al-Ḍuʿafāʾ" and said: "They considered him weak." Al-Ḥāfiẓ said in "al-Taqrīb": "Weak." It was also recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Kabīr" (1/19/1) and "al-Awsaṭ" (1/163/1) through the chain of Ibrāhīm ibn ʿUthmān from al-ʿAbbās ibn Dhurayḥ from Muḥammad ibn Saʿd with it. And he said:
