(13/462) from various routes; one of them: Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Muqriʾ: Ibn Lahīʿah narrated to us: Ibn Hubayrah told me from ʿAmr al-Bikālī from Abū al-Aʿwar from the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) with it. I said: And this isnād is authentic; all its men are trustworthy. Some of them were not known to al-Haythamī, who said in "Majmaʿ al-Zawāʾid" (5/239): "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī and al-Bazzār, and in it is someone I do not know." I say: Firstly, Abū al-Aʿwar al-Aslamī, his companionship was affirmed by Muslim, Abū Aḥmad al-Ḥākim, al-Baghawī, and others, while some denied it. The details of this are in "al-Iṣābah." Perhaps what supports his companionship is that the narrator from him is a Companion, who is: Secondly, ʿAmr al-Bikālī. Al-Bukhārī said: "He has companionship," and so did Abū Ḥātim. Some denied it. See "al-Iṣābah." Thirdly, Ibn Hubayrah—his name is ʿAbd Allāh al-Sabaʾī al-Ḥaḍramī al-Miṣrī—a trustworthy tābiʿī, used as evidence by Muslim. Fourthly, Ibn Lahīʿah—his name is ʿAbd Allāh—is trustworthy, known for weakness in his memory, except in what is narrated from him by one of the ʿAbd Allāhs, among them ʿAbd Allāh ibn Yazīd al-Muqriʾ, who is Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, one of the narrators from him for this ḥadīth, and thus I authenticated it, and all praise is due to Allāh. *
(١٣/٤٦٢) من طرق؛ أحدها: أبو عبد الرحمن المقرئ: نا ابن لهيعة: حدثني ابن هُبيرة عن عمرو البِكالي عن أبي الأعور عن رسول الله ﷺ به. قلت: وهذا إسناد صحيح رجاله كلهم ثقات، لم يعرف بعضهم الهيثميُّ، فقال في "مجمع الزوائد" (٥/٢٣٩) :"رواه الطبرا ني، والبزار، وفيه من لم أعرفه ". أقول: أولاً: أبو الأعور الأسلمي، أثبت صحبته مسلمٌ وأبو أحمد الحاكم والبغوي وغيرهم، ونفاها بعضهم. وتفصيل ذلك في "الإصابة". ولعله مما يرجِّح صحبته أن الراوي عنه صحابي، وهو: ثانياً: عمرو البِكالي، قال البخاري: "له صحبة "، وكذا قال أبو حاتم. ونفاها بعضهم٠انظر " الإصابة ". ثالثاً: ابن هبيرة- اسمه عبد الله السَّبئي الحضرمي المصري- تابعي ثقة، احتج به مسلم. رابعاً: ابن لهيعة- واسمه عبد الله- ثقة معروف بالضعف في حفظه؛ إلا فيمارواه عنه أحد العبادلة، ومنهم عبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ، وهو أبو عبد الرحمن أحد الرواة عنه لهذا الحديث، ولذا صححته، والحمد لله. *
- (He has repented a repentance that, if a tax collector had repented with it, it would have been accepted from him). It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" (148/1) from Abū Shaybah from al-Ḥakam from Miqsam from Ibn ʿAbbās as marfūʿ
