"acceptable"! and this from him here is not acceptable; due to the authentication of those we mentioned first, and because he is a follower, secondly; for this reason, al-Dhahabī said in "al-Kāshif": "Trustworthy." then I saw al-Ḥāfiẓ Ibn Ḥajar himself authenticate him in "al-Iṣābah" (1/13); so all praise is due to Allāh. and the ḥadīth was narrated by al-Shaykhān, Aḥmad, and others through other chains from Jābir in a similar manner, and it is referenced in "al-Irwāʾ" (6/196-197), and in some of them: "May Allāh bless you," or he said something good. and in another: "You have done well, if Allāh wills." and in one version: "Why did you not marry a virgin who would play with you and you would play with her, and she would laugh with you and you would laugh with her?!"

- (Wine is from these two trees: the date palm and the grapevine) a ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth narrated by Abū Kathīr al-Suḥaymī from Abū Hurayrah, heard from the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), and there are multiple chains from him: the first: al-Awzāʿī: Abū Kathīr narrated to us, saying: I heard Abū Hurayrah say: I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say: ... and he mentioned it.
