and added at the end: "a household in need." It was recorded by al-Bukhārī in his "Ṣaḥīḥ" (no. 2613 - Fatḥ), (vol. 2/194/ no. 1179 - Mukhtaṣar al-Bukhārī), and also by Abū Dāwūd (4150), and al-Bayhaqī in "Shuʿab al-Īmān" (7/312). Then it became clear that the ḥadīth was previously extracted under no. (2421), but here it is broader and more beneficial, so there is no harm in publishing it again. *
وزاد في آخره:"أهل بيت بهم حاجة". أخرجه البخاري في "صحيحه " (رقم ٢٦١٣- فتح) ، (ج ٢/١٩٤/ رقم ١١٧٩ - مختصر البخاري) ، وأبو داود أيضاً (٤١٥٠) ، والبيهقي في "شعب الإيمان " (٧/٣١٢) . ثم تبين أن الحديث سبق تخريجه برقم (٢٤٢١) ، لكنه هنا أوسع وأكثر فائدة، فلا بأس من نشره مرة أخرى. *

- (All of my ummah will enter Paradise except those who refuse. They said: Who will refuse?! He said: Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me has refused.) It was recorded by al-Bukhārī (no. 7280 - Fatḥ), and Aḥmad (2/361) through various chains from Fulaīḥ: Hilāl ibn ʿAlī narrated to us from ʿAṭāʾ ibn Yasār from Abū Hurayrah: that the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: ... and he mentioned it. I said: And this Fulaīḥ is Ibn Sulaymān; there is much discussion about his memory, although both "Ṣaḥīḥs" included his narrations. However, al-Ḥāfiẓ said in "Muqaddimah al-Fatḥ": "Al-Bukhārī and the authors of the 'Sunan' used him as evidence, and Muslim narrated one ḥadīth from him, which is the ḥadīth of the slander, and he was weakened by Ibn Maʿīn, al-Nasāʾī, and Abū Dāwūd, and al-Sājī said: he is among the truthful, but he would err..." And the statement of al-Sājī is what al-Ḥāfiẓ relied on in "al-Taqrīb"; he said: "Truthful, but makes many mistakes." Likewise, al-Dhahabī mentioned him in "al-Ḍuʿafāʾ", and noted the opinions of those who weakened him
- (كل أمَّتي يدخلُ الجنة إلا مَنْ أبى. قالوا: ومَنْ يأبى؟! قال: من أطاعني دخلَ الجنةَ، ومن عصاني فقدْ أبى) . أخرجه البخاري (رقم ٧٢٨٠- فتح) ، وأحمد (٢/٣٦١) من طرق عن فليح: حدثنا هلال بن علي عن عطاء بن يسارعن أبي هريرة: أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: ... فذ كره. قلت: وفليح هذا هو ابن سليمان؛ فيه كلام كثير من قبل حفظه، مع أنه أخرجا له في "الصحيحين "، لكن قال الحافظ في "مقدمة الفتح ":"احتج به البخاري وأصحاب "السنن "، وروى له مسلم حديثاً واحداً، وهو حديث الإفك، وضعفه ابن معين والنسائي وأبو داود، وقال الساجي: هو من أهل الصدق، وكان يهم.. ". وقول الساجي هو الذي اعتمده الحافظ في "التقريب "؛ فقال:"صدوق، كثير الخطأ". وكذلك أورده الذهبي في "الضعفاء"، وذكر أقوال من ضعفه.
