secondly: establishing a prayer area in the mosque, which means settling in a place, is supported by the ḥadīth of ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Shibl, which is elevated with the wording: "He forbade the pecking of the crow, the spreading of the beast, and for a man to establish a place in the mosque as a camel establishes its place." It was recorded by the authors of the "Sunan" except for al-Tirmidhī, and authenticated by Ibn Khuzaymah, Ibn Ḥibbān, al-Ḥākim, and al-Dhahabī, and its extraction has been mentioned under number (1168). thirdly: stepping over people on Friday, is supported by the ḥadīth of Muʿādh ibn Anas, which is elevated: "Whoever steps over the necks of people on Friday will be taken as a bridge to Hell." It was recorded by al-Tirmidhī and others, and I have discussed it in the commentary on "al-Mishkāt" (1/438/1392) in a manner that implies its weakness, so with this support, it rises to the level of ḥasan—if Allāh wills. Then I saw that al-Ḥāfiẓ Ibn Ḥajar mentioned the ḥadīth of Abū Ihāb in "al-Iṣābah"; and he said about Abū Ihāb: "Jaʿfar al-Mustaġfirī mentioned him among the Companions, and said: A ḥadīth was narrated from him..." and he mentioned it.
