and likewise Muslim and others narrated from ʿUmar a similar ḥadīth, and in it: "So whoever among you must eat them, let him cook them thoroughly." It is recorded in "al-Irwāʾ" (8/156/2514). It is considered marfūʿ [elevated] in its ruling.

- (The Messenger of Allāh did that (meaning: kissing his wife while fasting), I am the most God-fearing among you, and the most knowledgeable of Allāh's limits). It was recorded by ʿAbd al-Razzāq in "al-Muṣannaf" (4/184/8412), and through his route: Aḥmad (5/434): I am Ibn Jurayj: Zayd ibn Aslam informed me from ʿAṭāʾ ibn Yasār from a man of the Anṣār: that the Anṣārī informed ʿAṭāʾ: that he kissed his wife during the time of the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) while fasting, so he instructed his wife to ask the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) about that? The Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: "The Messenger of Allāh did that." His wife informed him, and he said: The Prophet is given concessions in certain matters, so return to him and say to him, so she returned to the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) and said: He said: The Prophet is given concessions in certain matters?! He said: "I am the most God-fearing among you, and the most knowledgeable of Allāh's limits." I say: This isnād is authentic, all its men are trustworthy, the men of the two Shaykhs, except for the Anṣārī man who is unnamed, and it is known that the anonymity of a Companion does not harm; because they are all considered just among the people of the Sunnah
