It was recorded by al-Ṭayālisī in "Musnad" (53/400): ʿImrān al-Qaṭṭān narrated to us from Qatādah from ʿAbd Rabbih from Abū ʿIyāḍ from him. I said: and this isnād is good, and it was narrated by another group from this path, and it is included in "al-Rawḍ al-Naḍīr" (351). It also has another supporting evidence from the ḥadīth of ʿĀʾishah (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhā) in a summarized form, which has been mentioned under number (513), as well as (2731). The ḥadīth has also been previously mentioned in this "series" (389). *

(Rejoice, O Kaʿb! His mother said: Congratulations on Paradise, O Kaʿb! He said: Who is this swearing by Allāh? He said: She is my mother, O Messenger of Allāh! He said: And what makes you know, O mother of Kaʿb? Perhaps Kaʿb said something that does not concern him, or withheld something that does not benefit him). It was recorded by Ibn Abī al-Dunyā in "al-Ṣamt" (74/110): Aḥmad ibn ʿĪsá al-Miṣrī narrated to us: Ḍimām ibn Ismāʿīl al-Iskandarānī narrated to us: Yazīd ibn Abī Ḥabīb and Mūsá ibn Wardān narrated to me from Kaʿb ibn ʿUjrah (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu): that the Prophet ﷺ missed Kaʿb, so he asked about him; they said: He is ill, so he went out walking until he came to him, and when he entered upon him, he said... and mentioned it. It was also recorded by al-Khaṭīb in "al-Tārīkh" (4/273) from the path of Ibn Abī al-Dunyā,
