Abū ʿAwānah (4/408) from other paths from Abū Usāmah with it. It was also narrated by him, the two Shaykhs, and others from the path of Ḥumayd ibn Hilāl from Abū Burdah with it in a summarized form, and it includes a story. Aḥmad also narrated it (4/409). Then he narrated it (4/417), and Abū ʿAwānah from the path of Saʿīd ibn Abī Burdah from his father with it, and added: "Abū Mūsá said: I apologized for what they said, and that I was not aware of their need." It has also been narrated with another isnād from Abū Burdah with it in another wording, and in its isnād are two unknown narrators and a difference, so I included it in "al-Ḍaʿīfah" (6090).

- "There is no one who hears of me from this nation, nor a Jew, nor a Christian, and does not believe in me, except that they will enter the Fire." It is from the ḥadīth of Saʿīd ibn Jubayr, may Allāh have mercy on him; there is a difference in its isnād upon him in three ways: the first is from him mursal; he said: the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said... so he mentioned it; and added: so I began to say: where is its confirmation in the Book of Allāh?! He said: and rarely did I hear a ḥadīth from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) except that I found its confirmation in the Quran; until I found this verse: "And whoever disbelieves in it from the factions, the Fire is his promised destination" (Sūrah al-Ḥajj, verse 72): all the religions. It was narrated by al-Ṭabarī in "Tafsīr" (12/13): Muḥammad ibn al-Aʿlá narrated to us, he said: Muḥammad ibn Thawr narrated to us from Maʿmar, he said: Ayyūb narrated to me from him. And this isnād is authentic, all its men are trustworthy
