and he was followed by Muʿāwiyah ibn Ṣāliḥ from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʿĀʾidh al-Azdī in its entirety. It was recorded by al-Ḥākim (4/81) who said: "The text is rare, the isnād is sound." Al-Dhahabī agreed with him. Then Imām Aḥmad narrated it through the route of Yazīd ibn Yazīd ibn Jābir from a man from ʿAmr ibn ʿAbasah with it. Its men are trustworthy, except for the man who was not named. Al-Haythamī said (5/43): "Aḥmad narrated it both connected and disconnected, and al-Ṭabarānī, and the men of all are trustworthy." Then he presented it in its entirety, including the part that serves as evidence, and then said: "Al-Ṭabarānī narrated it from his teacher Bakr ibn Sahl al-Dimyāṭī; al-Dhahabī said: 'People transmitted from him and he is of moderate status,' and al-Nasāʾī said: 'Weak.'" The rest of its men are the men of "al-Ṣaḥīḥ," and it was narrated similarly with a good isnād from two other teachers." (Important Note): The ḥadīth of the chapter was mistakenly placed in "Ḍaʿīf al-Jāmiʿ" (7225), and it rightfully belongs in "Ṣaḥīḥ al-Jāmiʿ," so it should be transferred there, and I seek forgiveness from Allāh and repent to Him. *
(A man will be brought on the Day of Judgment and it will be said: Present to him his minor sins. So they will be presented to him, while his major ones will be concealed from him. It will be said: You did such and such on such and such a day; he will acknowledge it and not deny it, while fearing for the major ones. Then it will be said: Give him a good deed for every sin he committed. He will say: I have sins that I do not see here
