Disapproval of spitting in the mosque and its cleaning

It was recorded by al-Nasāʾī (1/119) and Ibn Mājah (762) through the route of ʿĀʾidh ibn Ḥabīb from Ḥumayd from Anas: that the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) saw phlegm on the qiblah of the mosque, and he became angry until his face turned red. Then a woman from the Anṣār came and scraped it off, and she placed perfume in its place. The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said ... and he mentioned it. I say: This is a sound isnād, its men are trustworthy, and Ḥumayd—who is al-Ṭawīl—even though he was accused of tadlīs, it has been mentioned that what he narrates from Anas with ʿanʿanah, he received it through the trustworthy Thābit al-Bunānī. *

(Ḥaḍramawt is better than Banū al-Ḥārith). It was recorded by Ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥakam in "Futūḥ Miṣr" (p. 124-125) through the route of Ibn Lahīʿah from ʿUtbah ibn Abī Ḥakīm from Ibn Shihāb that the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said ... and he mentioned it. I say: This is a weak mursal isnād; however, it has been reported in a connected form from the ḥadīth of ʿAmr ibn ʿAbasah, raised in a ḥadīth praising some tribes and criticizing others. It was recorded by Aḥmad (4/387): Abū al-Mughīrah narrated to us: Ṣafwān ibn ʿAmr narrated to us: Shurayḥ ibn ʿUbayd narrated to me from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʿĀʾidh al-Azdī from ʿAmr ibn ʿAbasah al-Sulamī. And it was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "Musnad al-Shāmiyyīn" (p. 193) I say: This is a sound isnād, all its men are trustworthy
