and with his isnād—from the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) he said... and he mentioned it. Al-Bazzār said: "Its isnād is good." Al-Ḥāfiẓ affirmed this in "Mukhtaṣar al-Zawāʾid" (1/76), and it is as he said or even higher; for all its narrators are trustworthy, with only a slight weakness in Ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, who is the son of the daughter of Shuraḥbīl; among the narrators of al-Bukhārī. As for ʿAmr—the shaykh of al-Bazzār—it appears that he is Ibn ʿAlī mentioned earlier by al-Bazzār before the ḥadīths (pp. 12 and 15), and he is al-Fallās al-Ḥāfiẓ. He has been corroborated; Ibn Abī ʿĀṣim also reported it in "al-Sunnah" (no. 246, verified by me), as did Ibn ʿAsākir in "Tārīkh Dimashq" (4/660) through the route of Hishām ibn ʿAmmār: Sulaimān ibn ʿUtbah al-Sulamī narrated it. The ḥadīth has supporting evidence; see what has been mentioned earlier in this "series" (2439), and in "Ẓilāl al-Jannah" (111) and (245-247). *
وبإسناده- عن رسول الله ﷺ قال ... فذكره. وقال البزار:"وإسناده حسن ". وأقره الحافظ في "مختصر الزوائد" (١/٧٦) ، وهو كما قال أو أعلى؛ فإن رجاله ثقات كلهم؛ على ضعف يسير في ابن عبد الرحمن، وهو ابن بنت شرحبيل؛ من رجال البخاري. وعمرو- شيخ البزار- الظاهر أنه ابن علي المتقدم عند البزار قبل أحاديث (ص ١٢ و١٥) ، وهو الفلاس الحافظ. وقد توبع؛ فأخرجه ابن أبي عاصم في "السنة" (رقم ٢٤٦- بتحقيقي) ، وكذا ابن عساكر في "تاريخ دمشق " (٤/ ٦٦٠) من طريق هشام بن عمار: حدثنا سليمان بن عتبة السلمي به. وللحديث شواهد؛ تُنظر فيما تقدم من هذه "السلسلة" (٢٤٣٩) ، وفي "ظلال الجنَّة" (١١١) و (٢٤٥-٢٤٧) . *
- (That is not hypocrisy). It was narrated by al-Bazzār (1/34/52), and Abū Yaʿlá (6/105/3369) through two routes from al-Ḥārith ibn ʿUbayd from Thābit from Anas who said: They said: O Messenger of Allāh! We are in one state when we are with you, but when we leave you, we are in another! He said: "How are you with your Lord?" And Abū Yaʿlá added: "And your Prophet?"
- (لَيْسَ ذاكُمُ النِّفَاقَ) . أخرجه البزار (١/٣٤/٥٢) ، وأبو يعلى (٦/١٠٥/٣٣٦٩) من طريقين عن الحارث بن عبيد عن ثابت عن أنس قال: قالوا: يا رسول الله! إنا نكون عندك على حال؛ فإذا فارقناك كنا على غيره! فقال:"كيف أنتم وربِّكم؟ ". وقال أبو يعلى: "ونبيكم؟ ".
