I said: The explanation of what al-Bazzār summarized is as follows: First: The ḥadīth of al-Aʿmash with his mentioned isnād from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Ḥasnah, al-Aʿmash explicitly stated the transmission in a narration for al-Ṭaḥāwī, so the isnād is authentic. As for his other ḥadīth that al-Bazzār referred to, it is in "Sunan Abī Dāwūd" and others with this isnād of al-Aʿmash from him regarding caution from urine, and it was also authenticated by Ibn Ḥibbān, al-Ḥākim, and al-Dhahabī. It is included in "Ṣaḥīḥ Abī Dāwūd" (16) and others. Second: The ḥadīth of ʿAdī ibn Thābit, narrated by Shuʿbah from him from Zayd ibn Wahb from Thābit ibn Wadāʿah from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) in a summarized form not involving the covering. It was narrated by al-Nasāʾī (2/199), Aḥmad (4/320), and al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" (2/74/1365) similarly.
