Likewise, he did not come across this authentic narration of al-Ḥākim, which is commented on in "Mushkil al-Āthār" (2/68 - published by the institution), so he began his extraction by weakening its isnād due to Saʿīd ibn Bashīr, and he quoted the aforementioned statement of al-Haythamī, without realizing that its isnād - like that of al-Ḥākim - is authentic.
