is disputed, as al-Būṣīrī said in "al-Zawāʾid" (274/2 - Maktab photo) and considered its isnād ḥasan! al-Dhahabī said in "al-Ḍuʿafāʾ": "Ṣuwailiḥ, al-Nasāʾī and others weakened him." In "al-Kāshif": "al-Nasāʾī weakened him, while others considered him reliable." al-Ḥāfiẓ said in "al-Taqrīb": "They weakened him in his narration from ʿAlī ibn Yazīd al-Alhānī." I say: he is ḥasan in ḥadīth except in his narration from al-Alhānī. And Allāh knows best.

"The destruction of my ummah lies in the book and milk." They said: "O Messenger of Allāh, what are the book and milk?" He said: "They will learn the Qurʾān and interpret it contrary to how Allāh revealed it, and they will love milk, abandoning congregational prayers and gatherings, and they will appear." It was narrated by Imām Aḥmad (4/155): Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to us, Ibn Lahīʿah narrated from Abū Qabīl who said: "I did not hear from ʿUqbah ibn ʿĀmir except this ḥadīth." Ibn Lahīʿah said: "Yazīd ibn Abī Ḥabīb narrated to me from Abū al-Khayr from ʿUqbah ibn ʿĀmir al-Juhanī who said: I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say: and he mentioned it." It was also narrated by Ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥakam in "Futūḥ Miṣr" (293): al-Muqriʾ and Abū al-Aswad al-Naḍr ibn ʿAbd al-Jabbār narrated it to us from Ibn Lahīʿah from Abū Qabīl alone. I say: This ḥadīth is among the authentic ḥadīths of Ibn Lahīʿah, because it is from the narration of Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān from him, whose name is ʿAbd Allāh ibn Yazīd al-Muqriʾ al-Makkī, and he is a reliable narrator
