in "Jāmiʿ Bayān al-ʿIlm" (1/59), and the other narration is also his, as well as the addition, and al-Ḍiyāʾ al-Maqdisī in "al-Mukhtārah" (1/512-513), all of them through the route of Abū Dāwūd al-Ṭayālisī: Ḥammād ibn Salamah narrated to us from Thābit from Anas, who said: and he mentioned it. al-Tirmidhī said: "A ḥadīth that is ḥasan, ṣaḥīḥ, and gharīb." al-Ḥākim said: "Ṣaḥīḥ according to the conditions of Muslim." al-Dhahabī agreed with him, and it is as they said. Abū Dāwūd al-Ṭayālisī is Sulaymān ibn Dāwūd, the owner of the well-known "Musnad," and the ḥadīth is not in it. He was paired with Bishr ibn al-Sarī in the narration of al-Ḍiyāʾ, and it was narrated from him alone by al-Sahmī in "Tārīkh Jurjān" (497) and Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (8/302), and he has the addition and what is in it of the addition. This Bishr is trustworthy from the men of the two Shaykhs, so it is a strong corroboration for Abū Dāwūd al-Ṭayālisī.

"Indeed, Allāh does not wrong a believer for a good deed; he is rewarded with provision in this world and recompensed for it in the Hereafter. As for the disbeliever, he is given the reward for his good deeds [done for Allāh] in this world, but when he meets Allāh on the Day of Resurrection, he will have no good deed for which he will be rewarded with good."
