"The Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) commanded us to say when we wake up, when we go to bed, and when we lie down on our beds: 'O Allāh, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, You are the Lord of everything, and the angels bear witness that there is no deity but You. We seek refuge in You from the evil of ourselves and from the evil of the accursed devil and his partnership, and that we commit evil against ourselves or drag it to a Muslim.'" It was narrated by Abū Dāwūd (5083) and al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Kabīr" (3/295/3450) and in "Musnad al-Shāmiyyīn" (p. 332) through the route of Muḥammad ibn ʿAwf: Muḥammad ibn Ismāʿīl ibn ʿAyyāsh narrated to us, my father told me - Abū Dāwūd added: Ibn ʿAwf said: And I saw it in the original of Ismāʿīl -: Ḍamḍam ibn Zarʿah narrated to me from Shurayḥ ibn ʿUbayd from Abū Mālik al-Ashʿarī that the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) commanded us... etc. I say: This isnād is good in my view with the addition of Abū Dāwūd, except that it is disconnected between Shurayḥ and Abū Mālik as Abū Ḥātim indicated, but it is strengthened by two supporting narrations: one of them is from the ḥadīth of Abū Hurayrah up to the phrase: "and his partnership."
