and this is more authentic than the first, but it is also not authentic due to its being mursal. Ibn Taymiyyah attributed it in "al-Kalim al-Ṭayyib" (no. 121) to Abū Dāwūd, which is an error that Ibn al-Qayyim followed in "al-Wābil al-Ṣayyib," and its editor Shaykh ʿAbd al-Qādir did not notice this (pp. 148-149), despite the fact that I had pointed it out in my commentary on "al-Kalim al-Ṭayyib," mentioning at the time that I had not seen it, and that it might be a distortion or an oversight from the narration of (three), as al-Ṭabarānī included it in his "al-Duʿāʾ." Now, having been blessed by Allāh to obtain the book, it has become clear that both narrations are weak, and the narration of the three is weaker than the other. And Allāh is the Guardian of success.

- "Do not curse the wind. If you see what you dislike, then say: O Allāh, we ask You for the good of this wind and the good that is in it and the good that it has been commanded with, and we seek refuge in You from the evil of this wind and the evil that it has been commanded with." A ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth, narrated by Ḥabīb ibn Abī Thābit from Dharr from Saʿīd ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abzā from his father from Ubayy ibn Kaʿb as marfūʿ. There is a difference regarding its being marfūʿ and the mention of (Dharr) in its isnād. As for the marfūʿ, it was narrated by al-Aʿmash from him with it. It was recorded by al-Tirmidhī (2253) and al-Nasāʾī in "ʿAmal al-Yawm" (521/934), and they said - with the wording of al-Tirmidhī: ʿIsḥāq ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Ḥabīb ibn al-Shahīd al-Baṣrī narrated to us, Muḥammad ibn Faḍl narrated to us, al-Aʿmash narrated to us from Ḥabīb ibn Abī Thābit with it. And he said: "A ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth." I say: Its isnād is ṣaḥīḥ, its men are trustworthy, the men of the two Shaykhs except for this ʿIsḥāq, and he is
