and al-Haythamī said in "Majmaʿ al-Zawāʾid" (7/313): "It was narrated by Aḥmad, and in it is Mujālid ibn Saʿīd, who was deemed trustworthy by al-Nasāʾī, but weakened by a group, and the rest of its men are trustworthy." I said: al-Nasāʾī only deemed him trustworthy once, and on another occasion said: he is not strong, as in "al-Tahdhīb," and he included him in his book "al-Ḍuʿafāʾ wa-al-Matrūkūn," saying (no. 552): "A weak Kūfan." Khalaf ibn al-Walīd is trustworthy from the men of "al-Taʿjīl," and he was followed by Ibrāhīm ibn Ziyād, Sablān, who said: ʿAbbād ibn ʿAbbād narrated to us with it except for his saying: "and the believers will strike them..." It was extracted by al-Lālakāʾī in "Uṣūl al-Sunnah" (1/210/342). and al-Suyūṭī attributed it in "al-Jāmiʿ al-Kabīr" to Aḥmad alone, and it appeared in it: ".. until Allāh is not worshiped," as if the scribe altered his saying: "until no name is worshiped for Allāh." al-Lālakāʾī used it as evidence that the name and the named are one, and it would be a good proof if it were authentic with this wording. A sound ḥadīth, narrated by Yaʿlá ibn ʿAṭāʾ who said: I heard ʿAmr ibn ʿĀṣim al-Thaqafī say: I heard Abū Hurayrah say: Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu) said: O Messenger of Allāh!
