- "Indeed, Allāh will call out on the Day of Resurrection: Where are My neighbors? Where are My neighbors? He said: The angels will say: Our Lord! Who deserves to be Your neighbor? It was narrated by al-Ḥārith ibn Abī Usāmah in "his Musnad" (16/1): Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar al-Warkānī narrated to us: Muʿtamir ibn Sulaymān narrated to us from Fayāḍ ibn Ghazwān from Muḥammad ibn ʿAṭiyyah from Anas who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. I say: This isnād is good, its men are trustworthy from the men of "al-Tahdhīb" except for Fayāḍ ibn Ghazwān, whom Ibn Abī Ḥātim mentioned (3/2/87) with a narration from a group of trustworthy narrators about him, and it was narrated from Imām Aḥmad that he said about him: "A trustworthy shaykh." And likewise, it is in the book "al-ʿIlal wa-Maʿrifat al-Rijāl" by Imām Aḥmad (1/351/2309). Ibn Ḥibbān also declared him trustworthy, so he included him among the followers of the followers in his book "al-Thiqāt." As for Muḥammad ibn ʿAṭiyyah, he was mentioned in "Thiqāt al-Tābiʿīn," and he said: "He narrates from his father - who was a Companion - and he is counted among the people of Yemen, ʿUrwah narrated from him." Likewise, al-Bukhārī and Ibn Abī Ḥātim mentioned that ʿUrwah narrated from him, and they did not mention any other narrator for him, and perhaps for this reason, al-Dhahabī said in "al-Mīzān": "His son, the prince ʿUrwah, was the only one to narrate from him."
