It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" (8/336/8075) and "al-Awsaṭ" (4/450) and by Ibn al-Sunnī (no. 142) through the route of ʿAbd al-Ṣamad ibn ʿAbd al-Wārith: ʿĀdam ibn al-Ḥakam narrated to us, Abū Ghālib narrated to us from Abū Umāmah in a marfūʿ manner, and al-Ṭabarānī said: "No one narrated it from Abū Ghālib except ʿĀdam, and no one from him except ʿAbd al-Ṣamad." I said: He is trustworthy, among the men of the two Shaykhs [al-Bukhārī and Muslim]. And Abū Ghālib is ḥasan in ḥadīth, and he has been mentioned repeatedly. Similarly, ʿĀdam ibn al-Ḥakam, who is Abū ʿAbbād, the owner of the textiles from Basra. Ibn Abī Ḥātim said (1/1/267): "Ibn Maʿīn said: He is righteous. And my father said: I see no harm in his ḥadīth." In "al-Lisān": "Ibn Abī Ḥātim said: His memory changed. Ibn Ḥibbān mentioned him in (al-Thiqāt)." I said: So someone like him is ḥasan in ḥadīth at the very least, and therefore al-Mundhirī said (1/168): "al-Ṭabarānī narrated it in "al-Awsaṭ" with a good isnād." And al-Haythamī said (10/108): "al-Ṭabarānī narrated it in "al-Kabīr" and "al-Awsaṭ", and the men of "al-Awsaṭ" are trustworthy." In the ḥadīth, there is strong support for the ḥadīth of Shahr ibn Ḥawshab, which includes this phrase: "while he is standing on his feet," and I did not act upon it due to the weakness of (Shahr) until I came across this witness, and it includes the phrase of saying the tahlīl (one hundred) instead of (ten), and both are permissible due to their authenticity. So all praise is due to Allāh for His guidance, and I ask Him for more of His bounty.
أخرجه الطبراني في " المعجم الكبير " (٨ / ٣٣٦ / ٨٠٧٥) و " الأوسط " (٤ / ٤٥٠) وابن السني (رقم - ١٤٢) من طريق عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث: حدثنا آدم بن الحكم حدثنا أبو غالب عن أبي أمامة مرفوعا، وقال الطبراني: " لم يروه عن أبي غالب إلا آدم، ولا عنه إلا عبد الصمد ". قلت: وهو ثقة من رجال الشيخين. وأبو غالب حسن الحديث، وقد مضى مرارا. ومثله آدم بن الحكم، وهو أبو عباد صاحب الكرابيس البصري. قال ابن أبي حاتم (١ / ١ / ٢٦٧) : " قال ابن معين: صالح. وقال أبي: ما أرى بحديثه بأسا ". وفي " اللسان ": " وقال ابن أبي حاتم: تغير حفظه. وذكره ابن حبان في (الثقات) ". قلت: فمثله حسن الحديث على أقل الأحوال، ولذلك قال المنذري (١ / ١٦٨) : " رواه الطبراني في " الأوسط " بإسناد جيد ". وقال الهيثمي (١٠ / ١٠٨) : " رواه الطبراني في " الكبير " و " الأوسط "، ورجال " الأوسط " ثقات ". وفي الحديث شهادة قوية لحديث شهر بن حوشب الذي فيه هذه الجملة: " وهو ثان رجليه "، وكنت لا أعمل بها لضعف (شهر) حتى وقفت على هذا الشاهد، وفيه التهليل (مائة) مكان (عشر) والكل جائز لثبوتهما. فالحمد لله على توفيقه، وأسأله المزيد من فضله.
