I said: It was recorded by Aḥmad (3/277) from Shuʿbah with it as mawqūf. Its isnād is authentic, and it holds the status of marfūʿ, because it is not said based on opinion. Thus, it is no wonder that Imām Aḥmad included it in "al-Musnad"! In the meaning of the rest of the ḥadīth is the ḥadīth of Rāfiʿ al-Ḥujabī, who heard ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr raise it: "Indeed, the Corner and the Station are from the rubies of Paradise, and if it were not for what touched them from the sins of the children of Adam, they would have illuminated what is between the East and the West, and no one afflicted or sick touched them except that they were cured." It was recorded by al-Bayhaqī with a good isnād, and al-Tirmidhī and others recorded it in a shortened form through another route, and it is referenced in "al-Mishkāt" (2579).
قلت: أخرجه أحمد (٣ / ٢٧٧) عن شعبة به موقوفا. وإسناده صحيح،وهو في حكم المرفوع، لأنه لا يقال من قبل الرأي، فلا جرم أن الإمام أحمدأودعه " المسند "! وفي معنى سائر الحديث حديث رافع الحجبي سمع عبد الله بنعمرو يرفعه: " إن الركن والمقام من ياقوت الجنة، ولولا ما مسهما من خطايابني آدم لأضاء ما بين المشرق والمغرب، وما مسهما من ذي عاهة ولا سقم إلاشفي ". أخرجه البيهقي بإسناد جيد، وأخرجه الترمذي وغيره من طريق أخرىمختصرا، وهو مخرج في " المشكاة " (٢٥٧٩).
- "If it were not for what touched it from the impurities of ignorance, no one afflicted would touch it except that they would be cured, and there is nothing on earth from Paradise other than it." It was recorded by al-Bayhaqī in "al-Sunan" (5/75) through the route of Yūsuf ibn Yaʿqūb: Musaddad narrated to us, Ḥammād ibn Zayd narrated to us from Ibn Jurayj from ʿAṭāʾ from ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr raising it. I said: And this isnād, all its men are trustworthy from the men of al-Bukhārī except Yūsuf ibn Yaʿqūb, who is Abū Muḥammad al-Baṣrī al-Qāḍī, a trustworthy ḥāfiẓ, as translated by al-Khaṭīb in "Tārīkh" (14/310-312) and al-Dhahabī in "Tadhkirat al-Ḥuffāẓ." Were it not for the ʿanʿanah of Ibn Jurayj, I would have said: It is an authentic isnād. But it has a supporting narration from the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhu), and from him, there are three routes: the first was recorded by al-Tirmidhī and others from ʿAṭāʾ ibn al-Sāʾib from Saʿīd ibn Jubayr from him with the latter part of it similarly, and it has been discussed previously
- " لولا ما مسه من أنجاس الجاهلية، ما مسه ذو عاهة إلا شفي، وما على الأرضشيء من الجنة غيره ". أخرجه البيهقي في " السنن " (٥ / ٧٥) من طريق يوسف بن يعقوب: حدثنا مسددحدثنا حماد بن زيد عن ابن جريج عن عطاء عن عبد الله بن عمرو يرفعه. قلت:وهذا إسناد رجاله كلهم ثقات من رجال البخاري غير يوسف بن يعقوب، وهو أبومحمد البصري القاضي، ثقة حافظ، ترجمة الخطيب في " تاريخه " (١٤ / ٣١٠ - ٣١٢) والذهبي في " تذكرة الحفاظ ". فلولا عنعنة ابن جريج لقلت: إنه إسناد صحيح. لكن له شاهد من حديث ابن عباس ﵄، وله عنه ثلاث طرق: الأولى:أخرجها الترمذي وغيره عن عطاء بن السائب عن سعيد بن جبير عنه بالشطر الأخيرمنه نحوه، وقد سبق الكلام عليه قبله.
