and its chain of narration is authentic according to the criteria of al-Bukhārī and Muslim. It was also narrated by Abū Bakr ibn Abī Sabrah from ʿAbd al-Majīd ibn Suhayl ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʿAwf from his father from his grandfather, raised similarly for the morning and evening, with the rest similar, and he said: "He gives life and causes death, and He is the Ever-Living who does not die, in His hand is all good, and He is over all things competent. His sins are forgiven even if they are more than the foam of the sea." It was recorded by al-Bazzār in "his Musnad" (3/260/1051 - al-Baḥr al-Zakhkhār): Some of our companions narrated to us, saying: Muḥammad ibn Sulaymān ibn Masmūl informed us, saying: Abū Bakr ibn Abī Sabrah informed us. I said: And this chain is very weak, as Abū Bakr is abandoned and accused. Al-Haythamī criticized it for this reason (10/113 and 114). (Note): The ḥadīth of the chapter was previously extracted in the first volume under number (114), and then it was decreed by Allāh to extract it again here from new sources, with numerous benefits, and to Him is due all praise and gratitude.

- "Indeed, your children are a gift from Allāh to you * (He bestows female [offspring] upon whom He wills, and bestows male [offspring] upon whom He wills) * (1), so they and their wealth are yours if you need them." It was recorded by al-Ḥākim (2/284) and from him by al-Bayhaqī (7/480) through the route of Muḥammad ibn ʿAlī ibn al-Ḥasan ibn Shaqīq, who said: I heard my father say: Abū Ḥamzah informed us from Ibrāhīm al-Ṣāʾigh from Ḥammād from Ibrāhīm from al-Aswad from ʿĀʾishah (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhā) who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it, and said: "Authentic according to the criteria of al-Bukhārī and Muslim, but they did not record it in this manner; rather, they agreed on the ḥadīth of ʿĀʾishah: The best of what a man eats is from his own earnings, and his child is from his earnings."
