Dāwūd and others, and he overlooked the corroboration of Thābit al-Bunānī with him in Abū Dāwūd and others. See my referencing of the ḥadīth below, number (3288). then the reason for the previously mentioned contradiction became clear to me, which is that al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Awsaṭ" when he included the ḥadīth in it (2/9/2/5219 - according to my numbering) reported it through the route of Ismāʿīl ibn ʿAyyāsh, as previously mentioned from his narration in "al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr" and others from al-ʿAbbās ibn ʿUtbah from ʿAṭāʾ ibn Abī Rabāḥ.. so he said: (from Ibn ʿAbbās) instead of (from Ibn ʿUmar), and this is from this al-ʿAbbās or Ismāʿīl ibn ʿAyyāsh. And Allāh knows best. then I saw that al-Ḥāfiẓ had mentioned the ḥadīth of Ibn Ḥibbān with the narration of Ibn Ḥibbān, then he said (11/109): "And al-Ṭabarānī included in "al-Awsaṭ" a similar ḥadīth from Ibn ʿAbbās with a good chain."

"The people of Paradise will enter Paradise, and there will remain in it what Allāh wills, then Allāh will create for it — meaning a creation — until He fills it." It was recorded by Imām Aḥmad (3/152): ʿAbd al-Ṣamad narrated to us, Ḥammād narrated to us from Thābit from Anas who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. I said: And this isnād is authentic according to the conditions of Muslim, and he also recorded it (8/152) and Abū Yaʿlá (3/892) through the route of ʿAffān: Ḥammād narrated it to us in this manner. And Qatādah corroborated it from Anas in this manner. It was recorded by al-Bukhārī (7384) and Muslim and Aḥmad (3/134, 141, and 231)
