and ʿAlī ibn Zayd—he is Ibn Judʿān—there is no harm in using him for supporting evidence.

"Prayer is divided into three parts: purification is a third, bowing is a third, and prostration is a third. Whoever performs it properly, it will be accepted from him, and the rest of his deeds will be accepted. But whoever has his prayer rejected, the rest of his deeds will be rejected as well." It was recorded by al-Bazzār in "Musnad" (1/177/349): Zakariyyā ibn Yaḥyá al-Ḍarīr narrated to us, Shabābah ibn Sawwār narrated to us, Mughīrah ibn Muslim narrated from al-Aʿmash, from Abū Ṣāliḥ, from Abū Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. He said: "We do not know it to be raised [to the Prophet] except from Mughīrah, and no one followed him in that. It is only preserved from Abū Ṣāliḥ from Kaʿb as his statement." I say: Mughīrah ibn Muslim is trustworthy as al-Haythamī said (2/147) and no one weakened him, and thus the ḥāfiẓ said: "Truthful." And the rest of its narrators are trustworthy, narrators of the two Shaykhs, except for Yaḥyá ibn Zakariyyā al-Ḍarīr. Al-Khaṭīb documented him (8/457-458) with narrations from a group of ḥuffāẓ about him, and he did not mention any criticism or commendation about him. Someone like him is relied upon even at the level of ḥasan, and therefore al-Mundhirī (1/185) and al-Haythamī followed him, saying: "Its isnād is ḥasan." I say: And it is as they said, unless it is proven with a more authentic isnād than this from Abū Ṣāliḥ from Kaʿb as his statement, as mentioned by al-Bazzār, but he did not mention its isnād for us to examine. And the last part of the ḥadīth has supporting evidence from Anas, mentioned earlier under number (1358)
" الصلاة ثلاثة أثلاث: الطهور ثلث والركوع ثلث والسجود ثلث، فمن أداها بحقها قبلت منه وقبل منه سائر عمله ومن ردت عليه صلاته رد عليه سائر عمله ". أخرجه البزار في " مسنده " (١ / ١٧٧ / ٣٤٩) : حدثنا زكريا بن يحيى الضرير حدثنا شبابة بن سوار حدثنا مغيرة بن مسلم عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: فذكره، وقال: " لا نعلمه مرفوعا إلا عن المغيرة، ولم يتابع عليه، وإنما يحفظ عن أبي صالح عن كعب قوله ". قلت: المغيرة بن مسلم ثقة كما قال الهيثمي (٢ / ١٤٧) ولم يضعفه أحد، ولذا قال الحافظ: " صدوق ". وسائر رجاله ثقات رجال الشيخين غير يحيى بن زكريا الضرير، وقد ترجمه الخطيب (٨ / ٤٥٧ - ٤٥٨) برواية جمع من الحفاظ عنه، ولم يذكر فيه جرحا ولا تعديلا، فمثله يحتج به ولو في مرتبة الحسن، ولذلك قال المنذري (١ / ١٨٥) وتبعه الهيثمي: " وإسناده حسن ". قلت: وهو كما قالا، إلا أن يثبت بإسناد أصح من هذا عن أبي صالح عن كعب من قوله كما تقدم عن البزار، ولكنه لم يذكر إسناده بذلك لننظر فيه. وللشطر الأخير من الحديث شاهد عن أنس، تقدم برقم (١٣٥٨).
