al-Ṣāmit, and the path of al-Ḥasan is: "It was narrated by Aḥmad with different wordings, and by al-Ṭabarānī in a summarized form, and in some of its paths, [it is mentioned] 'There is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator,' and the men of Aḥmad are the men of the authentic [collections]." And for the elevated [ḥadīth], there is another path, summarized with the wording: "There is no obedience in disobedience to Allāh."

"There is no obedience in disobedience to Allāh." It was recorded by Aḥmad (4/426, 427, 436) and likewise by al-Ṭayālisī (850) from Qatādah, who said: I heard Abū Marāyah al-ʿAjīlī say: I heard ʿImrān ibn Ḥuṣayn narrate from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) that he said: and he mentioned it. I say: Its narrators are trustworthy, the narrators of the two Shaykhs, except for this Abū Marāyah, who was mentioned by Ibn Ḥibbān in "al-Thiqāt." And al-Haythamī mentioned it (5/226) with this wording from the ḥadīth of ʿImrān and al-Ḥakam ibn ʿAmr together and said: "It was narrated by al-Bazzār and al-Ṭabarānī in 'al-Kabīr' and 'al-Awsaṭ,' and the men of al-Bazzār are the men of the authentic [collections]." And al-Suyūṭī mentioned it in "al-Jāmiʿ al-Kabīr" (3/13/1) with the wording of al-Ṭabarānī from the narration of Aḥmad, Ibn Jarīr, Ibn Khuzaymah, al-Ṭabarānī in al-Kabīr, Ibn Qāniʿ from ʿImrān ibn Ḥuṣayn and al-Ḥakam ibn ʿAmr al-Ghifārī together, and Abū Nuʿaym in "Muʿjam," and al-Khaṭīb from Anas, and al-Shīrāzī in "al-Alqāb" from Jābir, and al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Kabīr" from al-Nawās ibn Samʿān. I say: In this referencing, there is evident leniency, for it is known that the wording is not with Aḥmad and al-Ḥākim, but only with al-Ṭabarānī as al-Haythamī indicated, and I do not know whether it is with the rest of those he attributed it to with this wording or something similar
