Sulaymān ibn Mūsá, who is al-Umawī, their client, the ḥāfiẓ said: "Truthful, a jurist, but there is some leniency in his ḥadīth." And regarding Saʿīd ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz, who is al-Tanūkhī, he said: "Trustworthy, an imam, Aḥmad equated him with al-Awzāʿī, and Abū Mushir preferred him, but he became confused in the latter part of his life." 3 - As for the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās, it was mentioned by al-Haythamī in "Majmaʿ al-Zawāʾid" (3/281) and he said: "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī in 'al-Awsaṭ' and 'al-Ṣaghīr' and in it is ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿUmar al-ʿUmrī, and there is some discussion about him, but he is considered trustworthy." I said: Mālik mentioned it in "al-Muwaṭṭaʾ" (3/183 - Zarqānī) as a report. In summary, the ḥadīth, with all these chains, is authentic without doubt, especially since there is supporting evidence from the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿAbbās that he used to sacrifice in Mecca. It was narrated by al-Bayhaqī with a sound chain from him, and it was narrated with a weak chain from Ibn ʿUmar to a similar effect. And Allāh knows best.
سليمان بن موسى -وهو الأموي مولاهم - قال الحافظ: " صدوق، فقيه، في حديثه بعض لين ". وقالفي سعيد بن عبد العزيز - وهو التنوخي -: " ثقة إمام، سواه أحمد بالأوزاعي،وقدمه أبو مسهر، ولكنه اختلط في آخر عمره ". ٣ - وأما حديث ابن عباس،فأورده الهيثمي في " مجمع الزوائد " (٣ / ٢٨١) وقال: " رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط " و " الصغير " وفيه عبد الله بن عمر العمري وفيه كلام وقد وثق ". قلت: وذكره مالك في " الموطأ " (٣ / ١٨٣ - زرقاني) بلاغا. وجملة القول أنالحديث بمجموع هذه الطرق صحيح بلا ريب، ولاسيما وله شاهد من حديث ابن عباسأنه كان ينحر بمكة. أخرجه البيهقي بسند صحيح عنه، وروى بسند فيه ضعف عن ابنعمر نحوه. والله ﷾ أعلم.

- "The two who invoke mutual curses, if they separate, they will never reunite." It was reported from the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿUmar, Sahl ibn Saʿd, ʿAbd Allāh ibn Masʿūd, and ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib. 1 - As for the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿUmar, al-Bayhaqī suspended it (7/409) and said: We narrated from Muḥammad ibn Zayd from Saʿīd ibn Jubayr from him as a marfūʿ report. And this isnād has trustworthy narrators, and Ibn Zayd is Ibn ʿAlī al-Kindī, so if the chain to him is established,
- " المتلاعنان إذا تفرقا، لا يجتمعان أبدا ".ورد من حديث ابن عمر وسهل بن سعد وعبد الله بن مسعود وعلي بن أبي طالب. ١ - أما حديث ابن عمر، فعلقه البيهقي (٧ / ٤٠٩) فقال: وروينا عن محمد بنزيد عن سعيد بن جبير عنه مرفوعا به. وهذا إسناد رجاله ثقات، وابن زيد هوابن علي الكندي، فإذا كان السند إليه ثابتا،
