"authentic according to the criteria of Muslim! And al-Dhahabī agreed with him! Abū Dāwūd criticized it by saying afterwards: "This ḥadīth was not heard by Jaʿfar from al-Zuhrī, and it is objectionable." Then he narrated with his authentic isnād from Jaʿfar that it reached him from al-Zuhrī with this ḥadīth. I said: Jaʿfar is trustworthy among the men of Muslim, but they weakened his ḥadīth from al-Zuhrī specifically, and for this reason, the ḥāfiẓ said: "Truthful, but errs in the ḥadīth of al-Zuhrī." The ḥāfiẓ mentioned in "al-Tahdhīb" that this ḥadīth is also among those rejected by al-ʿUqaylī from his ḥadīth from al-Zuhrī. I said: But the ḥadīth is established, for its first part has supporting evidence from the ḥadīth of Jābir and others, and it is extracted in "al-Irwāʾ" numbers (1949 and 1982) and "Takhrīj al-Ḥalāl." The second part has supporting evidence from the ḥadīth of ʿAlī, who said: "The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) forbade me from two prayers, two recitations, two meals, and two types of clothing. He forbade me from praying after the morning until the sun rises and after the afternoon until the sun sets, and from eating while lying on my stomach, and he forbade me from wearing the ṣammāʾ and sitting in a single garment with nothing covering between my private parts and the sky." It was narrated by al-Ḥākim (4/119) from Abū Aḥmad al-Zubayrī, who reported from ʿUmar ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from his father, from him. He said: "Authentic isnād," and al-Dhahabī critiqued it by saying: "I said: ʿUmar is weak." " صحيح على شرط مسلم! ووافقه الذهبي! وأعله أبو داود بقوله عقبه: " هذا الحديث لم يسمعه جعفر من الزهري، وهو منكر ". ثم ساق بإسناده الصحيح عن جعفر أنه بلغه عن الزهري بهذا الحديث. قلت: وجعفر ثقة من رجال مسلم، لكنهم ضعفوا حديثه عن الزهري خاصة، ولذلك قال الحافظ: " صدوق، يهم في حديث الزهري ". وذكر الحافظ في " التهذيب " أن هذا الحديث مما أنكره العقيلي أيضا من حديثه عن الزهري. قلت: لكن الحديث ثابت، فشطره الأول له شواهد من حديث جابر وغيره، وهو مخرج في " الإرواء " رقم (١٩٤٩ و ١٩٨٢) و " تخريج الحلال ". والشطر الثاني، له شاهد من حديث علي، قال: " نهاني رسول الله ﷺ عن صلاتين وقراءتين وأكلتين ولبستين، نهاني أن أصلي بعد الصبح حتى ترتفع الشمس وبعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس، وأن آكل وأنا منبطح على بطني، ونهاني أن ألبس الصماء وأحتبي في ثوب واحد ليس بين فرجي وبين السماء ساتر ". أخرجه الحاكم (٤ / ١١٩) عن أبي أحمد الزبيري حدثنا عمر بن عبد الرحمن عن زيد بن أسلم عن أبيه عنه. وقال: " صحيح الإسناد "، وتعقبه الذهبي بقوله: " قلت: عمر واه ". قلت: لم ينكشف لي من هو؟ بعد مزيد البحث عنه، على أنه وقع في " تلخيص
