"O young man! I will teach you some words: Guard Allāh, He will guard you..." the ḥadīth, and I have referenced it in "al-Mishkāt" (5302) and in "Takhrīj al-Sunnah" (316 - 318), and this portion of it is in "Musnad Aḥmad" (1/307) and "al-Aḥādīth al-Mukhtārah" (59/199 - 200) through the paths from Qays ibn al-Ḥajjāj al-Zurqī from Ḥanash ibn ʿAbd Allāh from Ibn ʿAbbās. I said: And this isnād is authentic. And there are other paths for this portion from him with Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (1/314), al-Ḥākim (3/541 - 542), and ʿAbd ibn Ḥumayd in "al-Muntaqā min al-Musnad" (88/2 - 89/1 - microfilm of the library).

"Marriage is part of my sunnah, and whoever does not act according to my sunnah is not from me. Marry, for I will boast of your numbers before the nations. And whoever has the means should marry, and whoever cannot find [the means] should fast, for fasting will be a restraint for him." It was recorded by Ibn Mājah (1846) from ʿĪsá ibn Maimūn from al-Qāsim from ʿĀʾishah who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. I said: And its isnād is weak, its men are trustworthy, except for ʿĪsá ibn Maimūn - who is the Madanī, the client of al-Qāsim ibn Muḥammad - and he is weak as mentioned in "al-Taqrīb". I said: But the ḥadīth is authentic, for it has come separately in other ḥadīths: 1 - from ʿUbayd ibn Saʿīd, raised and mursal with the wording: "... and marriage is part of my sunnah." It was recorded by Abū Yaʿlá and others, and its referencing has preceded in the other book (2509)
