"O people, indeed this is from your spoils." Number (985).
" يا أيها الناس إن هذا منغنائمكم " رقم (٩٨٥) .
- "Indeed, no one commits a crime except against themselves; a parent does not commit a crime against their child, nor does a child commit a crime against their parent." It was recorded by Ibn Mājah (2/147) and Aḥmad (3/498-499) from Shabīb ibn Gharqadah, from Sulaymān ibn ʿAmr ibn al-Aḥwaṣ, from his father, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) say during the Farewell Pilgrimage, and he mentioned it. Aḥmad does not include the introductory phrase. In "al-Zawāʾid," it is stated: "The isnād is authentic, and its narrators are trustworthy." This is what was said, and Sulaymān ibn ʿAmr is not well-known, and therefore it is said in "al-Khulāṣah": "Reliable." In "al-Taqrīb": "Acceptable." Thus, his ḥadīth is considered good if he does not narrate uniquely. The rest of the narrators in the isnād are trustworthy and are narrators of the authentic collections. It has a supporting narration with the wording: "No soul commits a crime against another soul." It has been mentioned previously, number (988). It has another supporting narration from Ibn ʿUmar with the wording: "Do not revert to disbelief after me, striking the necks of one another, and a man is not taken for the crime of his father or for the crime of his brother." It was recorded by al-Nasāʾī (2/177) through the route of Abū Bakr ibn ʿAyyāsh, and through the route of Sharīk, both from al-Aʿmash, from Muslim, from Masrūq—the first said: from ʿAbd Allāh, and the other said: from Ibn ʿUmar—who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said, and he mentioned it. Al-Nasāʾī said: "This is an error, and the correct version is mursal." Then he narrated it through the route of Abū Muʿāwiyah and Yaʿlá from al-Aʿmash, as mursal, without mentioning ʿAbd Allāh
- " ألا لا يجني جان إلا على نفسه، لا يجني والد على ولده ولا مولود على والده". أخرجه ابن ماجة (٢ / ١٤٧) وأحمد (٣ / ٤٩٨ - ٤٩٩) عن شبيب بن غرقدة عن سليمان بن عمرو بن الأحوص عن أبيه قال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول في حجة الوداع: فذكره. وليس عند أحمد أداة الاستفتاح. قال في " الزوائد ": " إسناد صحيح، ورجاله ثقات ". كذا قال، وسليمان بن عمرو ليس بالمشهور ولذلك قال في " الخلاصة ": " موثق ". وفي التقريب: " مقبول ". فمثله حسن الحديث إذا لم يتفرد. وبقية رجال الإسناد ثقات رجال الصحيح. وله شاهد بلفظ: " لا تجني نفس على نفس أخرى ". وقد مضى برقم (٩٨٨) . وله شاهد آخر من حديث ابن عمر بلفظ: " لا ترجعوا بعدي كفارا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض، ولا يؤخذ الرجل بجريرة أبيه ولا بجريرة أخيه ". أخرجه النسائي (٢ / ١٧٧) من طريق أبي بكر بن عياش، ومن طريق شريك كلاهما عن الأعمش عن مسلم عن مسروق - قال الأول: عن عبد الله، وقال الآخر: عن ابن عمر - قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: فذكره. وقال النسائي: " هذا خطأ، والصواب مرسل ". ثم ساقه من طريق أبي معاوية ويعلى عن الأعمش به مرسلا لم يذكرا عبد الله.
