and through the route of al-Anbārī, it was narrated by al-Daylamī (2/161) and Ibn al-Muḥibb in "Ṣifāt Rabb al-ʿĀlamīn" (427/1) who said: "This is according to the conditions of Kh." I said: Jaʿfar ibn Muḥammad ibn Shākir was not included by al-Bukhārī nor any of the six [canonical ḥadīth collections], yet he is trustworthy, and al-Khaṭīb has mentioned him (7/185-187) and in "al-Tahdhīb" as well, without any symbol. It was also narrated by al-Ḍiyāʾ in "al-Muntaqá min Masmūʿātihi bi-Marw" (127/1-2) through the route of Abū Jaʿfar al-Baghdādī: Jaʿfar ibn Muḥammad narrated to us with it. I said: Thus, the isnād is authentic.
ومن طريق الأنباري رواه الديلمي (٢ / ١٦١) وابن المحب في " صفات رب العالمين " (٤٢٧/ ١) وقال: " هذا على شرط خ ". قلت: جعفر بن محمد بن شاكر لم يخرج له البخاري ولا غيره من الستة، وهو ثقة وقد ترجمه الخطيب (٧ / ١٨٥ - ١٨٧) وفي " التهذيب " أيضا ولم يرمز له بشيء. ورواه الضياء في " المنتقى من مسموعاته بمرو " (١٢٧ / ١ - ٢) من طريق أبي جعفر البغدادي: حدثنا جعفر بن محمد به. قلت: فالإسناد صحيح.
"Injustice is of three types: an injustice that Allāh does not leave, an injustice that is forgiven, and an injustice that is not forgiven. As for the injustice that is not forgiven, it is shirk, which Allāh does not forgive. As for the injustice that is forgiven, it is the injustice of a servant between him and his Lord. As for the injustice that is not left, it is the injustice among the servants, for Allāh will exact retribution from some of them for others." It was extracted by Abū Dāwūd al-Ṭayālisī in "Musnad" (2/60-61 in his arrangement) and from him by Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (6/309): al-Rabīʿ narrated to us from Yazīd from Anas, elevated. I said: And this isnād is weak due to Yazīd, who is al-Raqāshī, as he is weak according to "al-Taqrīb." And al-Rabīʿ is Ibn Ṣubayḥ al-Saʿdī Abū Bakr al-Baṣrī, truthful but with poor memory. However, the ḥadīth is considered ḥasan by me, as it has a corroborating narration from the ḥadīth of Lady ʿĀʾishah (raḍiya Allāhu ʿanhā), elevated with a similar wording, and it includes an addition with the wording:
- " الظلم ثلاثة، فظلم لا يتركه الله وظلم يغفر وظلم لا يغفر، فأما الظلم الذي لا يغفر، فالشرك لا يغفره الله، وأما الظلم الذي يغفر، فظلم العبد فيما بينه وبين ربه، وأما الظلم الذي لا يترك، فظلم العباد، فيقتص الله بعضهم من بعض ". أخرجه أبو داود الطيالسي في " مسنده " (٢ / ٦٠ - ٦١ ترتيبه) وعنه أبو نعيم في " الحلية " (٦ / ٣٠٩): حدثنا الربيع عن يزيد عن أنس مرفوعا. قلت: وهذا إسناد ضعيف من أجل يزيد وهو الرقاشي، فإنه ضعيف كما في " التقريب". والربيع هو ابن صبيح السعدي أبي بكر البصري، صدوق سيء الحفظ. لكن الحديث عندي حسن، فإن له شاهدا من حديث السيدة عائشة ﵂ مرفوعا به نحوه، وفيه زيادة بلفظ:
