77) and al-Ṭayālisī (2027) from the route of Sulaymān ibn al-Mughīrah from Thābit with it. without his saying "then my daughter informed me..." and added: "He said: Stand up so that I may lead you in prayer at a time other than the prayer time." A third route: Aḥmad said (3/108): Ibn Abī ʿAdī narrated to us from Ḥumayd from Anas with it in its entirety, except that he did not mention the iqāmah on his right and added: "Then he prayed for Umm Sulaym and her family." And he said: "And he mentioned that his eldest daughter, Amīnah, informed him that he buried from his loins to the front of the pilgrims more than twenty and one hundred." I said: And this is a sound three-narrator chain according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs, and it was explained by al-Saffārīnī in "Nafthāt Ṣadr al-Makmūd" (2/34, published by al-Maktab al-Islāmī). And it was also narrated by al-Bukhārī (1/494) through two other routes from Ḥumayd with it, one of which explicitly states Ḥumayd's hearing from Anas. From the benefits of the ḥadīth and its fiqh: In this ḥadīth are numerous benefits, some of which I will mention briefly except where elaboration is necessary for clarification: 1 - That supplicating for abundant wealth and children is permissible. And al-Bukhārī titled the ḥadīth "Chapter on Supplicating for Abundant Wealth and Children with Blessing." 2 - And that wealth and children are a blessing and good if Allāh, the Exalted and Most High, is obeyed in them. 3 - The realization of Allāh's response to His Prophet's (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) supplication for Anas, until he became the wealthiest and most prolific in children among the Anṣār. 4 - That a voluntary fasting person, if visiting people and they offer him food, does not have to break his fast, but should instead pray for them with goodness, and among al-Bukhārī's chapters in the ḥadīth: "Chapter on Visiting People and Not Breaking Fast with Them."
