It was recorded by al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Awsaṭ" (8095). And this ʿĀṣim is weak. The ḥadīth was mentioned by al-Suyūṭī with the wording: "The caravan with a bell will not be accompanied by angels." He said: "It was narrated by al-Ḥākim in 'al-Kuná' from Ibn ʿUmar." The ḥadīth has supporting evidence from the narration of Abū Hurayrah, raised to the Prophet, with a similar wording. It was recorded by Muslim (6/163), Abū Dāwūd (2555), Aḥmad (2/263, 311, 327, 343, 392, 444, 476, 537), al-Dārimī (2/289), and the authors of the Sunan through the route of Sahl ibn Abī Ṣāliḥ from his father from him. And by Aḥmad (2/385, 414) through the route of Qatādah from Zurārah ibn Awfá from him. I say: Its isnād is authentic according to the criteria of al-Bukhārī and Muslim. Another supporting evidence from the narration of Umm Ḥabībah, raised to the Prophet. It was recorded by Abū Dāwūd (2554), al-Dārimī, Aḥmad (6/326, 327, 426, 427), Ibn Ḥibbān (1491, 1492), and al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Awsaṭ" (7185). (al-jaljal): the small bell that is hung on the necks of animals and others.

- "The wind brings punishment to some people and mercy to others." Al-Daylamī (2/179) through the route of al-Ḥākim from al-Ḥasan ibn al-Ḥusayn ibn Manṣūr narrated to us by Ḥāmid ibn Abī Ḥāmid al-Muqriʾ, narrated to us by Sufyān from ʿAmr ibn Dīnār from ʿĀmir ibn Wāthilah from ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb, raised to the Prophet.
