(3/1/170) and he did not mention any criticism or endorsement about him. It has been said that Ibn Ḥibbān mentioned him in "al-Thiqāt." And Hushaym is a mudallis and he narrated it with ʿanʿanah. From this, it becomes clear the leniency of al-Mundhirī (4/155), and al-Haythamī followed him (4/306) and they said: "It was narrated by al-Bazzār, and its isnād is good"! Strangely, al-Haythamī said in another place, as quoted by al-Munāwī: "In it is ʿUthmān ibn Makhlad, and I did not find anyone who mentioned him"! In summary, the ḥadīth with these supporting narrations is strong, and it gains strength with the supporting narrations that follow it, so it is a ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth, and the bounty of Allāh is greater.

- "Fever is a bellows from Hell, so what afflicts the believer from it is his share of the Fire."
