Ibn ʿAdī in "al-Kāmil" (Q 210/1) and al-Ṭabarānī in "al-Awsaṭ" (5366) from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ḥakīm Abū Bakr al-Dāharī from Yūsuf ibn Ṣuhayb from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Buraydah from his father in a marfūʿ ḥadīth. al-Bukhārī said: "It is not authentic." al-ʿUqaylī said: "This Abū Bakr narrates ḥadīths that have no basis and attributes them to reliable narrators." Ibn ʿAdī said: "He is munkar in ḥadīth, and al-Bukhārī said: This ḥadīth is not authentic." al-Dhahabī said in "al-Kuná" from his "Mīzān": "He is neither trustworthy nor reliable." The ḥadīth was mentioned by al-Haythamī in "al-Majmaʿ" (5/156) and he said: "It was narrated by al-Ṭabarānī, and it includes ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ḥakīm, who is weak." al-Munāwī quoted him as saying: "It includes ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ḥakīm, whom I do not know, and the rest of its narrators are trustworthy." It seems he said this in another place, but the correct view is that he is known but weak, as he stated in the first place. Furthermore, al-Suyūṭī did not attribute it to al-Ṭabarānī, nor did I find it in his "Muʿjam al-Kabīr," which is meant when attributing to him generally. The correct view is to specify it as "al-Awsaṭ" as mentioned before. al-Suyūṭī attributed it to al-Bazzār but with the wording: "... the intoxicated, the one smeared with saffron, the menstruating woman, and the one in a state of major ritual impurity!" These are four characteristics! Perhaps the original was: "the menstruating woman or the one in a state of major ritual impurity."
