and Muḥammad ibn ʿAwn is abandoned, as mentioned in "Taqrīb". The other: from ʿĪsá ibn Maimūn, who reported to us from Muḥammad ibn Kaʿb, who heard Ibn ʿAbbās only regarding the destructive ones. It was recorded by Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (3/219) and al-Harawī. It was recorded by al-Bayhaqī in "Shuʿab al-Īmān" (2/382/1). I say: al-Ṣawwāf was mentioned by Ibn Ḥibbān in "al-Thiqāt". Abū Ḥātim said: "An elder whose ḥadīth is written." I say: Such a person is used as evidence. And Allāh knows best. The other: from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Saʿīd from his father from him. It was recorded by al-Harawī and Abū Mūsá al-Madīnī in "al-Laṭāʾif" (83/1). And this ʿAbd Allāh is abandoned. 4 - As for the ḥadīth of Ibn Abī Awfá, it is narrated by Muḥammad ibn ʿAwn from Yaḥyá ibn ʿAqīl from him. It was recorded by al-Bazzār (no. 83).
