"Indeed, the world is sweet and green. Whoever takes it rightfully, Allāh blesses it for him. But whoever indulges in the wealth of Allāh and His Messenger, for him is the Fire on the Day he meets Him." It was recorded by Ibn Abī ʿĀṣim and ʿAbd Allāh ibn Aḥmad in "Ziyādāt al-Zuhd," and by Ibn Mandah as in "al-Iṣābah," as well as by al-Ṭabarānī as in "Majmaʿ al-Zawāʾid" (10/247), and he said: "Its isnād is good." And from Abū Hurayrah, similarly attributed. It was recorded by Abū Yaʿlá (4/1558) with a sound chain, and al-Haythamī deemed it good (10/246).

"Indeed, from grapes comes wine, and from dates comes wine, and from honey comes wine, and from wheat comes wine, and from barley comes wine." It was recorded by Abū Dāwūd (2/129 - al-Tāziyyah), Aḥmad (4/267), and al-Bayhaqī (8/289) from Ibrāhīm ibn Muhājir, from al-Shaʿbī, from al-Nuʿmān ibn Bashīr who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said it, and he mentioned it. I said: Its narrators are trustworthy, the narrators of Muslim, except that Ibrāhīm ibn Muhājir has some weakness, as the ḥāfiẓ said. Abū Ḥurayz, whose name is ʿAbd Allāh ibn al-Ḥusayn al-Azdī, followed him, stating that ʿĀmir narrated it to him, except that he said: "Wine is from juice, raisins, dates, wheat, barley, and corn, and I forbid you from every intoxicant."
