It was also recorded by al-Tirmidhī (2/56), Ibn Ḥibbān (2541), al-Ḥākim (1/35), as well as Ibn al-Mubārak in "al-Zuhd" (553), and through his route by al-Quḍāʿī in "Musnad" (folio 52/1), and Aḥmad (6/19) through the route of Ḥayywah ibn Sharīḥ: Abū Hānī informed me... with the wording: "Blessed is the one who is guided..." the ḥadīth. Al-Tirmidhī said: "A good and authentic ḥadīth." Al-Ḥākim said: "Authentic according to the conditions of Muslim." Al-Dhahabī agreed with him. And I say: the correct view is that it is only authentic as they said in the first narration, for ʿAmr ibn Mālik was not included by Muslim in anything. It has a supporting narration reported by Ḥusām ibn Muṣakk from Thābit from Anas ibn Mālik, raised [to the Prophet] with the wording: "Blessed is the one who accepted Islam and whose livelihood was sufficient." It was recorded by Abū ʿAbd Allāh al-Rāzī in "Mashyakhatuh" (folio 26/2). But regarding this Ḥusām, the ḥāfiẓ said: "Weak, almost abandoned." It has another authentic supporting narration similar to the first narration from the ḥadīth of ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr, raised [to the Prophet], and its extraction has already been mentioned under number (129), where we mentioned three routes for it that you will not find in another book.
- "While a man was in his fine garment looking at his shoulders, Allāh caused the earth to swallow him, and he will continue to sink in it until the Day of Resurrection." It was recorded by al-Bazzār in "Musnad" (p. 170 - Zawāʾid): ʿAbd Allāh ibn Saʿīd narrated to us
