"the best supplication is the supplication on the Day of ʿArafah, and the best of what I and the prophets before me have said is: There is no deity but Allāh." I said: This is a mursal with a good isnād. Al-Muṭṭalib is Ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ḥanṭab, who is truthful, and those below him are trustworthy men of Muslim, except for Abū Marwān, who is Muḥammad ibn ʿUthmān ibn Khālid al-Umawī, a truthful person who makes mistakes, as the ḥāfiẓ said in "al-Taqrīb." In summary, the ḥadīth is established by the totality of these witnesses, and Allāh knows best.

"the best martyrs are those whose blood is shed and whose horse is wounded." It was recorded by Aḥmad (5/265) through the route of ʿAlī ibn Yazīd from al-Qāsim Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān from Abū Umāmah, who said: "... I said: O Prophet of Allāh, who are the best martyrs? He said: those whose blood is shed..." I said: This isnād is weak. ʿAlī ibn Yazīd, who is al-Alhānī, was said by the ḥāfiẓ to be "weak." It has a supporting narration reported by Ibrāhīm ibn Hishām ibn Yaḥyá ibn Yaḥyá al-Ghassānī, who narrated to us from his father, from his grandfather, from Abū Idrīs al-Khawlānī, from Abū Dharr, in a marfūʿ form similar to it. It was recorded by Ibn Ḥibbān (94). However, this Ibrāhīm is a liar, so he is not suitable for supporting evidence. Yet, the ḥadīth is authentic, as it has many supporting narrations, including one from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ḥubshī al-Khathʿamī, that the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) was asked which killing is most honorable. He said: "the one whose blood is shed and whose horse is wounded."
