"a ḥadīth that is ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ."

"Whoever among you has land or palm trees should not sell them until he offers them to his partner." It was recorded by al-Nasāʾī (2/234), Ibn al-Jārūd in "al-Muntaqá" (299), and Aḥmad (3/307) from the route of Sufyān from Abū al-Zubayr from Jābir that the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: then he mentioned it. I say: This isnād is authentic according to the criteria of Muslim, except that Ibn al-Zubayr is a mudallis and has narrated it with ʿanʿanah. However, Muslim and others have recorded it from the route of Ibn Jurayj that Abū al-Zubayr informed him that he heard Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh say: then he mentioned it similarly, but more complete. It is also referenced in "al-Irwāʾ" (1532).

"When there are three people together, two should not converse privately excluding the third." It was recorded with this wording by Aḥmad (2/351) from the route of Ibn Lahīʿah who narrated from Abū Yūnus from Abū Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: then he mentioned it. I say: This isnād is acceptable for supporting evidence, its narrators are trustworthy except that Ibn Lahīʿah has poor memory. If he narrates in agreement with the trustworthy narrators, it indicates that he has remembered correctly. This ḥadīth has been narrated through various routes from other Companions, among them ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿUmar and ʿAbd Allāh ibn Masʿūd. 1 - As for the ḥadīth of Ibn ʿUmar, there are routes from him: the first is from Nāfiʿ from him with similar wording. It was recorded by Mālik (3/151-152), and from him by al-Bukhārī (11/68) as well as in "al-Adab al-Mufrad" (1168), Muslim (7/12), and Aḥmad (2/17, 32, 121, 123, 126, 141, 146) from various routes from him, and Aḥmad added in the narration of Ayyūb from him:
