It was recorded by ʿAbd Allāh ibn Aḥmad in "Zawāʾid al-Musnad" (1/138). Its narrators are reliable except for the Anṣārī, as he was not named. (The fantasy of paradise) refers to the harvesting of its fruits. It is said: "I harvested the palm tree" means "I picked its fruits."

When you cook meat, add plenty of broth or water, for it is more abundant and more beneficial for the neighbors. It was recorded by Aḥmad (3/377) who said: Yaḥyá ibn Saʿīd al-Umawī narrated to us, al-Aʿmash said: It reached me from Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said: and he mentioned it. I said: This isnād has narrators who are trustworthy, the narrators of the two Shaykhs, except that it is disconnected between al-Aʿmash and Jābir. Sufyān al-Thawrī contradicted this by saying: from al-Aʿmash from Ibrāhīm from his father from Abū Dharr in an elevated form similar to it. It was recorded by al-Khaṭīb in "Tārīkh Baghdād" (3/252) from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ibrāhīm al-Sawwāq: Bishr ibn al-Ḥārith narrated to me from al-Muʿāfá ibn ʿImrān from him. And he said about al-Dāraquṭnī: It is rare from the ḥadīth of al-Thawrī from al-Aʿmash also from Ibrāhīm al-Taymī, and this shaykh alone narrated it from Bishr ibn al-Ḥārith known as al-Ḥāfī. I said: It was narrated by Abū Bakr al-Mufīd from Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh, a student of Bishr ibn al-Ḥārith, from Bishr, and this student is unknown, and al-Mufīd Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Nuʿmān is not trustworthy. I said: It is preserved from Abū Dharr, narrated by ʿAbd Allāh ibn al-Ṣāmit from him in an elevated form with the wording: When you cook broth, add more water to it, then look for a household among your neighbors and give them some of it with kindness
